I prodotti di origine vegetale vengono utilizzati con molteplici destinazioni di impiego, come alimenti, come farmaci e come rimedi erboristici, e ricadono perciò nell’ambito di classificazioni e normative diverse.
Questo convegno, promosso da NFI- Nutrition Foundation of Italy, ASSOERBE, SIAR – Società Italiana Attività Regolatorie, e SISTE – Società Italiana delle Scienze e delle Tecniche Erboristiche, ha inteso offrire un’approfondita analisi della situazione regolatoria attuale di questi prodotti.
